We have been quite successful hosting Murder Mystery Weekends as well.

I usually host a meetup too every month or so.

So far a little over a year later we are a super host and premier host on Airbnb and VRBO respectively.

I remember the new host discounts, however, I have accidentally removed discount and now Airbnb will not allow me to reapply it.

It is expected to propose text and regulation in October and host a special planning board meeting October 28th to review with the planning board.
