check with a local attorney there are rules for filing liens of course anyone can file them but that does not mean they were filed legally.. in most states you have to give a PRE lien notice in writing and by certified mail.. you have time limits to file it.. so if they try to cloud your title they are taking a risk of slander of title. not that they have any money to pay if they lose but you can fire back with that if you need to.

Looking to get feedback on the best cloud service you are using to store the data like contacts, photos etc.

It is not an online brokerage, but  IS cloud based.

I'm nervous because I've never had a business before and I still have a full-time job as a cloud solutions architect, which I'm really passionate about - so hopefully it won't be my golden handcuffs that may prevent me to thrive as an investor and  I'm excited because of all the benefits and freedoms being a business owner offers, one of which is to connect and collaborate with forums like this and people like all of you, where I can both learn from and hopefully share later as I develop more experience. :-)

Purchased my first investment property in St Cloud.

We use AppFolio and just like tenant cloud, it has its pros and cons.

There are other cloud based self managed property management softwares that you could look into if you're looking for self management tools, but they are not free though.

And of course we're all suffering with inflation.I'm not in Software Development but more on the Information Security and Cloud Operations side of things...

Same with iPad and cloud software.
