I work in clinical healthcare and I’ve been unhappy so I’m looking for change.

Hi Everyone,I am new to real estate investing and am less than 6 months from completing a doctorate in clinical psychology.

That would simply mean that you would need to spend more hours in real estate than in your clinical job.

We have healthcare (Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals), insurance (Progressive), financial institutions (Key Bank), and of course the Amazon warehouses that have been widely talked about. 

That may sound strange, but every hospital and clinic has stopped procedures and car accidents are down.

Closest medical clinic is about 20-30 minutes away...and that is a clinic, not a real hospital.   

I saw them yesterday at a clinic for a drug screen. 

Over the last 7 months I have been working full-time at a hospital as a clinical research coordinator.

My laundromat has a deal with a near by chiropractic clinic regarding the clinics sheets, and the laundromat's wash and fold service.
