Keep in mind it would be tied to someone's CC and we each would access view each others properties.

so I have a HUD deal going on now, would like to know if anyone ever has seen a seller(HUD) credit other than the CC, because we made an above full price offer only to find out that the property has been vandalized, plumbing and electrical removed from under the house, hence we could not do our HI, we had to change our financing to 203b  with repair escrow and were told they would not reduce the sales price but give the buyer a seller credit.

I’ve sent countless phone calls emails and texts to Alan, Brad, George, & Alan and recently I’ve CC the Wealthability team trying to get a response. 

I've recently closed on two separate properties that were both well within my limit on my cc.  

like 10k - 15k all the time cause you pay for the wholeseller and Cc and if the seller need something too.. 

I have even bought properties with this CC method and sold them wholesale a week later.

So I'm under 2% for CC fees on most of my channels now, don't have to live with Stripe's 2.9% anymore.
