Spent a minute on their website and this in particular stood out to me as a red flag.

You can look on websites like https://www.corporatehousingbyowner.com/search/United-States... and https://www.furnishedfinder.com to see what similar houses are rented for.

If you go to the property appraiser's website, you can probably  look at the year over year change in the taxable value of the property.  

I would recommend you start your search on the NARPM website.

These requirements are posted on the municipality websites and you can look them up or call the municipality to find out what's required.
