I was gonna title this: "I expose scummy landlords to prove how the capitalist system is corrupt and failing".

It's a relatively free market and most of us are capitalists here so I don't see the problem.  

I am in this because in this capitalist society, MONEY IS POWER, and money, for someone like me, is a lot easier to get than almost all of the other forms of power.Power is the only thing that keeps you from being abused by the strong in this world.

ADULT TWIST ON THE CLASSIC BOARD GAME: This adult board game is a hilarious adult twist on classic Monopoly gameplay WORK TOGETHER…OR NOT: This adult party edition of the Monopoly game has players moving around the board contributing to community projects…unless they can steal projects to get ahead WINNING IS FOR CAPITALISTS: Contribute to the Community Fund…unless you choose deplete it.

The reason we have at least some socialistic flavored laws is due to the fact that if they did not exist the communistically minded capitalists would rape the population more than they are, so since you are not in a position to buy the bank you need to protect yourself since the name of the game seems to be survival of the fittest.

Venture capitalists and investors in IPOs can have huge paydays when their investments are successful.

This whole Rube Goldberg approach that is being used is completely inefficient and runs counter to capitalistic ideals.

I bet you the more developed companies in this space are already talking to venture capitalists and will be dropping the "Zillow" name quite often, those VC's who may not have considered this space as viable or potentially lucrative a couple of years ago will pause and think about the next big thing.

Those of us who aren't "stuck" in fear and worry, nor care to wait around for the government to try a new recipe for the same nasty dish need to come together, in forums like BiggerPockets.com and work to combat each problem through the cooperation and coordination of capitalistic, free market-minded, individuals who are actually "doing" something.
