I'm seeing a lot of units at Palms Casino Resort, and I'm not sure why so many of them are for sale right now (4321 W Flamingo Rd).

But they don't charge for it- so it's a good forum to browse for answers.

NV = casinos, WA has 4th highest sales tax.
