Not a bad place to be actually but as far as passing on the business doubtful the kids will work their fingers to the bone as their parents did and will just let it slip away and spend on whatever.

The price point I am looking at is Ohio area, some good bones there. 

That chapter was completely redone.I tried to throw a bone here that there is absolutely a use case for Subject To in certain situations.

My hopes is that maybe we can salvage the "bones" and gut it to the studs and start over.

There are still deals (in my markets) on the MLS that have PLENTY of meat on the bone if you are willing to deal w deed issues, tenant issues, structural issues, etc.

Leave enough meat on the bone and investors will follow.

If you wrote your coverage with a preferred carrier and didn't go bare bones they should take care of you.That being said no matter what claims are always a hassle and good luck!!!!

It should be bone dry down there.

When you look back in 10 years none of that will matter, except: did you buy a good bones on a good location.

Unless they are planning a ton of preventive health operations/community health outreach they are just putting a band-aid on a broken bone.
