With apartments and multiple units you have to worry about doing the same thing every time or word gets around you went soft on one of them and the late payment to no payment rent starts spreading like a cancer.A specialist eviction attorney in your area will know the realities of evicting.Some the states investors buy in boggles my mind of 3 to 6 months to get them out.

You are correct that taxes are an important issues, and it is always mind boggling to me how many investors spend so much time thinking about CapEx or vacancy and they spend zero time on their highest expense which will definitely be their property taxes.
