If each building belonged to a different owner, the only thing that they would have to collaborate on is, obviously, the courtyard (gardening, each side has it's own sprinkler system) , the intercom (about $120/month for the phone line), and the parking area (needs resurfacing).

There is small retention pond kind of area next to my property belonging to city which they are not managing ( There are big trees there which are close to my property about 12 feet away which may damage roof if fall towards my property but it never seems happened since 1961 touch wood).

After obtaining the judgment, but without my knowledge, tenant's attorney filed a "notice of last known address change re: security deposit" in the eviction case, listing an address belonging to an LLC located in another Florida county.
