Tax Deed auctions do allow you to get the property, but as you know in Florida, you need a decent bankroll to buy one at auction.With $20,000 I'm sure there are other strategies you can employ to buy a property.

The tenents are current but I will ask him for bankroll to prove that.And as far as them being individually metered i'm not sure but the renters pay there own utlities so I would assume they are.
