There is a special form for you, the seller, and the pest inspector to annotate and sign that indicates this.

You just transfer the funds out of the LLC's bank into yourself and annotate it as an owner's draw.If you have going to have multiple properties, an umbrella / holding LLC might be useful. 

A company may be competitive in one area an not another in the same state.

I am in Nashville tn an have a question on eviction filing an late rent.I have a tenant who is on a 1 yr lease with it set up to pay every 2 weeks.She again is late, last Oct i gave a 14day pay or quit so this is the 2nd , actually 3rd , time shes not paid.I gave a 7day notice to pay or quit on due date .What will i need to do if on the 7th day[ also day the 2nd payment is due] she only pays that past due  an not both past an current?

They broke down the expense by category, but they immediately started annotating a number of other expenses they put towards this property that were for other properties.

Maybe that agent wasn't being bias, an though the agent didn't specify maybe their firm as a whole operates that way an not just the agent individually.
