I don't know...it could be more of the same on steroids...if that's the case, then I'd certainly benefit from it.

I'm not really a 10xer, so proposing deals to money managers or tax people who may send it along to the 'whale' sounds like bad job interviews on steroids. 

I've read Kiyosaki's "Cashflow Quadrant" and "Guide to Investing", which is basically like "Rich Dad Poor Dad", but on steroids.  

Once I also started following advice from people smarter than me and using 1031 exchanges using built up equity and sprinkling in some cost segregation, it put my portfolio on steroids.

Repeat this every time your appreciated equity equals your paid for equity, and you will put your increases on steroids. 

I am also involved with two syndication teams, one that does ground up development of large apartment complexes and the other team purchases value-add RV Campgrounds, which is sort of like STR on steroids.
