Only thing I wish is that it included an export feature so I could just download a .csv file, but I was just actually told they're working on that and will have it available in a month or so.I know for sure that at least 2 of my tenants rely on this feature (they pay for rent with a fellowship stipend and need records of where the money goes) so it seems like a good thing to provide.

The bank actually told me to chase the appraisers and I told the loan officer that he knows as well as I do that the appraisers have no reason to talk to me.

We consulted an attorney in the state we were buying property, and he actually told us to open an LLC, then buy the property in our own name and transfer it to the LLC afterwards, charged us for the consult and opening the LLC, never mentioned due on sale clauses.
