yes, you can be successful in any of them, but only if you have a team / network. 

Choose a goal so ambitious it forces you to grow into the person who can achieve it.

Either way, after five years, I can say I achieved a certain level of passive income—just not the kind that puts cash in my pocket.

Many hosts have success with a mix of RVs, tiny homes, and prefab cabins to attract different types of guests.

That's only achieved with QUALITY.
