Hello, I have a boyfriend/girlfriend tenant situation where the boyfriend is accused/charged with a domestic violence incident.

@Joel Katzen    I experienced the same at another crowdfunding site (I dare not mention the name - I've seen the recriminations and accusations that recklessly fly here when suspicious minds over-ruminate.)They sent me a reduced balloon payment which, when added with the interest i'd already received, totaled exactly the amount i'd originally invested.

Real estate is already an extremely litigious realm with serious past accusations of discrimination, and a database like this would lead to a ton of lawsuits against anyone who built it and its customers I can imagine. 

@Irina Belkofer how dare you make these accusations in a public forum, very ignorant on your behalf.

And there are some transactions that just beg for the IRS to accuse you of that. 

She apparently was angry that she was basically accused of not paying her rent and called the old PM who stated he never told anyone she had not paid her rent that month. 

So when you have a post like this, where accusations are made, based on anecdotal evidence, that can tarnish someone's reputation and, therefore, their livelyhood, keeping it up is counterproductive to what this forum is about.
