Is your comparable unit that you get $100 bills for a 4 unit as well?

Each unit has 3 bed 1 bath.

I am considering a 12 unit multifamily property in my home market of Harrisburg, PA. 

Lead-Safe (in Philadelphia) is defined as a unit being identified to have positive lead-paint components within the unit; however, if the wipe samples come back below the legal limit, the unit is determined safe for their occupants.

Hello @Evan Thomas Andriola - I only have one property that does not have separately metered water for each unit (a Triplex with 2BR units).

My primary residence is a condo where there are only 5 units and we all make up our HOA.
