It looks like "average valued" slots in the area are going for 1000-1100.Overall I feel like the CoC for this is a little low considering the initial cash needed.

Finding people who love real estate and then turning them onto real estate classes and helping them the entire way.

Personally, I love real estate, and I find myself thinking about how I could profitably structure deals all the time.

I love real estate way more than just dumping money into a fund.

I have been looking through the forums and the different comments for the last several weeks and I am shocked at how willing everyone is to help each other.I just joined Bigger Pockets because I love Real Estate.

I look at (and end up with some) properties all the time that are essentially failed flips, where the flipper ran out of money, energy, or missed their profit slot.
