Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Shreveport.

- So amazing, it's unaffordable :(Cities such as Shreveport, La. and Montgomery, Al. have decreased their population over the past 16 years, having the opposite effect making homeownership affordable for its tenants.

The problem is that I don’t know if I should purchase my next investment in Shreveport, LA or take the plunge and move to a city that is more expansive.
