So you are doing construction in your yard, but not directly connected to the existing structure the tenant lives in and they are already complaining?

You can be sure your guests are not throwing a wild party in the back yard pissing off the neighbors.  

If it stays beyond what's paid for either move it to a storage area on your land and keep track of storage fees or see if you can have someone tow it offsite for you and in that case they will have to pay whatever fee the tow yard charges. 

Could do parking and cargo container storage.  4 acre lot needed 200 yards of rock in dirt road.  

I have a pro account so I can buy materials at places like Home Depot at the same cost, but not at electrical supply and lumber yards.

that caused me to turn to music, I haven't listened to music while working out or on a walk or working in the yard for years, its always been podcast time, in the interest of maximum efficiency.

Have you considered adding a fence in the back yard to provide separate back yards?

Definitely need pics of the back yard and info about local area such as schools, attractions etc.  

I've seen active pump jacks in the yard, but not sure who was there first...the well or the house.
