@Barre Gambling I am curious... in your opinion, is our area in central NC underserved outside of the Raleigh-Cary-Durham MSAs?

Are you looking to explore out of state markets, or in NC? 

So house in California (property A) 1031 exchanged for house in NC (property B), can I buy a new property in NC (property C), transfer the 1031 from B to C and then move in to B without having to pay any of the original capital gains tax from A?

I Live in New Jersey and invest here and in NC.

I transitioned out of the US Government in 2022 after retiring from uniform and then another nearly 12 years as a Senior Government civilian at Fort Bragg (now Liberty) North Carolina.

Hi, I'm looking to join (or form) an investor mastermind group in Charlotte, NC. 

(Maryland/North Carolina/Virginia)-In South Carolina, wholesaling is no longer allowed, so we are working on a private lending business that bridges that gap for people that now need to purchase before they can sell it to a fix & flipper.

However, we just moved up to Asheville, NC last week and plan to begin investing here as well!
