Hey everyone,Let's discuss the pros and cons of the enigmatic, lucrative and tight-rope-esque SAME DAY TURNAROUND.What are your tips, tricks, strategies and stories regarding the practice of renting your STR on the same afternoon that someone checks out.I've been doing it here in Florida, I have four same day turnarounds in a row coming up, starting this weekend and ending later this month.

Quick question: since you are away from home so much, have you considered renting your current home out as a STR (on Airbnb for example) while away?

I don't mind if they take a whole group (or side of a building, or something like that) as then their STR gusts will only be bothering their other guests.Out of the 1000 people who have asked me if I''ll let them do STR, only TWO have done it.

I'm helping a BP couple search for a property to STR and, having spoken to at least 10 HOA reps in the last week, those restrictions range from a 30-day minimum to a 6-month minimum.But with these regulations on the horizon, the thought that buying in a hon-HOA neighborhood (mostly SFHs) gives you the freedom to STR on a nightly basis is under threat.There are many active Airbnbs right now in condo complexes across Arizona that have restrictions the owners are simply ignoring.

To add my 2 cents on your last question a duplex with a LTR on one side and STR on the other may be problematic to your LT side.
