If you have a particularly small bedroom, stage it as an office or nursery so that a buyer can see that it's still useable You are not paying for some decorator's taste.

The nursery industry which is huge here in Oregon ( supplying CA builders ) it tanked. who works in the nursery farms  ( Hispanic labor) what happened to them. they could not longer rent the C class.this played out in Las Vegas  PhX  central CA.

Since the vast majority of landlords in this country are small operations, losing several month's rent by government decree and having no recourse through the courts to exercise our right to protect our own property, many are suffering.Unfortunately, we are NOT all in this together:  Lowes and Home Depot and Walmart remain open, but the local hardware shop, nursery, clothing store, and restaurant have been forced to close.

My live-in maintenance guy (finally found a good one) has been excellent & took it upon himself to plant all sorts of flowers, get free mulch etc that he grabbed from a nursery they were tearing down.
