The metric to measure whether it works or not is the CONVERSION RATE, not whether or not a deal was made.If your conversion rate is 0.03% (like it usually is for DMM), spending more money to get more mailers out does NOT change the effectiveness of that strategy.

The correct way to measure the overall performance of the investment would be through a Cumulative Return or Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR).

It will cost you, but it will be worth the peace of mind going forward, knowing you won't be held liable for any half-measures taken in your renovation that fail and cause damage in the future.

I think this might be a low point because the Canadian government is trying to pump the housing market before the election next year by lowering rates, relaxing mortgage insurance conditions etc.Yes they have been putting in all these measures to prop up the housing market as they see the pending implosion writing on the wall.
