You can find many 4-plexes for the price of one single-family home and the profits are almost exponential when compared to single family homes.I'm 71-years old, met thousand of investors through real estate clubs and I have many friends who invested in real estate who are filthy rich. I

I wish we would teach kids in school that the difference between the poor and the rich is not money, it is mindset.
