The Agency’s investigations are complaint driven, so we rely heavily on the public, and our licensees to bring these individuals to our attention.

But just know there are more liabilities for you if you engage with public as a real estate licensee.

Professionally, you can build a network among licensees which may provide access to pocket listings.
