Another option would be to look at areas recently damaged from Hurricanes, a lot of Snow Birds will be ready to cut bait on their properties

They also mow the lawns, shovel the snow, pay most if not all utilities, and provide most of their own appliances. 

Most of that time is spent on my weekly visits to each location to make sure they don’t need trash picked up and to make sure the lawn or snow removal is being done correctly.

I have had some luck with MTR's as well, either direct booking or FurnishFinder, for seasonal workers, traveling nurses and snow birds, so thats something you can look into as well.
