Hi All - I have worked in banking for much of my career but would like to possibly transition to a role in property management or facility operations. 

As you may know, Podio is web-based which allows custom apps which can be automated by talking to your other web-based applications via Zapier.

Does anyone have any recommendations, or even better any spreadsheets, excel or web-based, they use to keep track of all construction expenses for Flip/BRRRR properties? 

.#1 mistake is not using the right advertising websites correctly.So, ask your agent for a list of websites they are advertising your properties on.May also help if you post JUST the address here - we should be able to do a web search and find it - or there's an obvious advertising problem!

Be more discreet and search the web first.The goal is to help you get better answers and less pitches.

I have a proof of concept web page and can provide a personal story and touch.

It might be different if others were involved.Consider an umbrella insurance policy instead of the web of LLCs and corps.

And then there are others that are just pump and dump due diligence schemes.. now when i googled this company their web page came up .. but there is also complaints and a rip off report link.. so i would read all that stuff first.. take it with a grain of salt.then look deep within and ask yourself if with your business acumen and 2 to 3 years of tax returns.. and your fico and your cash reserves can you do a 1 plus deal.

This is just my opinion because in over 18+ years in banking I have had thousands of customers who started off doing fix and flips change gears and then buy and hold. 

If your plans for the future are crushed and you feel like giving up because some dude on a web forum like me (whatever my "stats" are and what's in my profile) told you they were unrealistic, maybe I'm right and maybe I'm full of crap.My wife and I are a fantastic example of how real estate can be a thoroughly viable option to change your life and find a way out of the rat race.
