The US Census Bureau just announced Detroit first population uptick in 65+ years as of 2023.It's big news, and I just finished writing a blog post about why it's significant and what it means for investors.

In California at least, that's a case of hidden profits and a major violation with the Bureau of Real Estate.

I encourage all others who have been swindled or have had similar experiences to share them too and to submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, State Board of Accountancy, Federal Trade Commission, Police Department’s Financial Crime Unit, and the District Attorney.For the potential franchisee owners who are considering this as a business, I would run the other way!

@Vanessa Switzler recommend checking out Detroit market.The recent NFL Draft, US Census Bureau finally recognizing the city population is growing (has been for 4+ years) and the fact that Detroit beat out Miami for highest appreciation in 2023 is attracting a lot of over-due attention.Already $4.5B of recent investment commitments and counting!

And at same time, it's understood that depending on what you do to convert those assets who do nothing alone, into something that generates $$$$, that the overall value/worth of that enterprise will be based upon how efficiently it generates revenue and converts gross revenue to net profit.
