At this time the primary goal is passive income and then scale within 5 years as I gain more experience and network. 

I am here to learn as much as I can as well as network with experienced investors.

My realtor is really in to the historic homes in San Antonio and he brought it to me through his contractor (network is everything!).

Wife and I are coming down from Toronto, Canada and we are looking to network with current investors, PM, RE Agents, etc...I tried finding meet ups in the forum section "Events & Meetups Section" but had no success.Would love to know of any meetups in Ohio in Jan, Feb or March 2025!

For networking and education, I recommend checking out CIREIA (Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association).

Maybe network with local hunting ranches see if you could find an investor to help manage the property, the wildlife, advertising and lodging. 

Networking with Canadians who’ve invested in the U.S. and finding good local agents or property managers will also help a lot.
