Do you have language in your lease about guests and how long they can stay?  

Some PM's have language that says you have to give 90 days notice etc so make sure.

@Mei Zhu It depends on the language in the agreement.My agreements state that I am owed a commission even if a client finds a property directly from a seller/property owner.

If it was written by an attorney then everyone had language in there that you could lose your entire investment etc etc.

Precision of language, Jonas.I'm new here but I find in my work as an agent, parent, scout leader, human being that some words have specific meanings and when those are the specific meanings that you mean to convey then you should use those words.

So looking at the letter I sent them, it was a 20-day Notice to Pay but it didn't have the language about their rights at the bottom since my letter was self-drafted.

i think its fishy, I got one from a Chinese  lady , & stated all that i can provide is on the airbnb platform , they never came back again , i think this confirms its fishy, very similiar language  , dont send anything  

Do you require contracts with indemnification language, payment schedules and appropriate warranties?
