I suspect that we need to understand the following:The market has been good (not bad) for real estate investors...we should be celebrating.2010-2014 was the anomaly, not now. 

:@Alex HamdenI live in L.A and it doesn’t seem like celebrity owned homes necessarily sell for more but I don’t know if this is different . 

I figured what better place to begin than at the very beginning.I actually just turned 29 last week and a few days later my wife and I celebrated the birth of our first child.

However, this experiment in crowd-sourcing has resulted in a sort of local semi-celebrity status, with numerous mentions in area magazines, blogs, and whatnot.
