LLC or not? If so, which LLC option is best?

Ultimately if you have proper insurance, 99.9% of plaintiff's attorneys are going to be most focused on securing the insurance carrier's cooperation because the plaintiff's attorney is most likely representing their client on a contingent basis and the insurance proceeds are how they are compensated.

What type of insurance I need to rent my Townhouse/Condo?
1 August 2024 | 1 reply
If you rent the condo out to others it would be the same thing -- you would need a policy that only covers the interior walls -- it would be an HO6 tenant occupied and depending on the carrier you currently have you would either change the occupancy status or you would need a different policy-- in my experience 9/10 times they require a different policy. 2.State farm does not really ask a lot of questions -- their quoting process is not as in depth as it should be.

Why aren't there more (any!) 'a la carte' agents out there??
6 August 2024 | 29 replies
., where I can see this for sure is with agents on BIG teams that are beginning their carrier they get cash flow ( IE they get paid I suspect from you weekly or monthly out of the retainer).... ya I can see this.and as you said your blue color FHA buyer with minimal cash savings is probably not your target.. but sophisticated number crunchers..

Bottom line...bolt.Patricia,Thank you for sharing your concerns about the EverSeal system in regards to insurance. We have had success throughout the nation in consulting with insurance underwriters to help them understand the EverSeal system to allow our cooperative client to continue their coverage with their current carrier. This does vary though from carrier to carrier and underwriter to underwriter.
