Ever state and county is different but do not wait trust me I have seen every case and the only one who loses is you the land lord.

Do I need home owners or land lord insurance?

Hope your company is successful, lord knows every gym seems like most of their equipment is outdated and out of service every other time I visit LOL!

Dual agency is an abomination before the Lord. 

Not sure where you stand but most people on bigger pocket are not corporate land lords.

Nothing bad or personal, but my lord my friend...even my sister spent countless WEEKS for FREE trying and trying to prod you forward.

Hi Nina.If I were not experienced in land lording and property manager, I would look personally to the extent you want to learn or experience property management versus hiring someone else that you trust to do the job.Yes, the cost for a property manager is important but not essential- the cost between property managers are not double or triple the cost of others (say like attorneys in some areas of law or cars).
