I may have property that has an old abandoned auto shop I can remodel and repurpose to a commercial kitchen.

Our units are in B+ areas so our tenants have credit in the high 700s, have over $10-20k in savings, and call us if we don't cash their check in a timely matter to make sure we got it in the rare event they aren't set up to auto pay electronically each month.

When it comes to hooking up my follow-up system I've seen a lot of other CRMs fall short with drips (lack of good time delays, no custom mailing function, doesn't pause with a response, can send auto messages after a deal closes, etc) 

, and it auto responds with the answer.

They offer lease agreements, application services, tenant screening, move in checklists, and auto-pay for tenants.

You also don't want to forget about making a payment either so make sure you have auto-payments set up to keep your seller happy!

An agent would need to review your policy, but in general,Tenants belongings and vehicle would need to be covered with Renters Insurance and Auto insurance.  

Did the lease auto-renewal for another year because tenant didn't give proper notice?

@Levi Perl do the research, you can set up an auto alert for apartments for rent in your area to keep current and see actual units at that price.

I all fairness to you to have placed my auto draft for my rent on hold until I get information about possible residual health problems.
