The seller left alot of antique furniture, family pictures, China bowls and cups, and just alot of stuff.Alot of it is just trash but at the same time alot of it has value.

We also work with buy-and-hold landlords, agents, brokers, and wholesalers.I'm not knocking direct mail, but I feel like it's just so antiquated.

I like @Jeffrey Hotz idea of whitewash (an alternative would be Behr antique white solid... it's an amazing interior color too!).

You find that out when you go to show the unit when they never asked permission to paint even if it's in the lease.We used a set color, Antique White, Contractors grade Conco brand from Menards. so we can touch up after move outs and never have to think about "what color was on that wall" I use a eggshell finish on everything except kitchen and bath. there I use semigloss.So pick your color and 5 gallon buckets are best cost savings. 

The commercial space use to be leased to an antiques dealer,  small market and now it is the home to a Brazilian religious group.  

I have started collecting antique bottles and I located one that I wanted very much.

I have all stainless appliances, leather furnishings, antiques, unique (and expensive) decor, game tables or arcades, large, smart TVs, wifi, and hot tubs.  

I shop for antiques in North East when I'm on the east coast, although there are fewer shops than there used to be. 

There are antiquated plats in the bay area that will never be developed.
