I think a lot of times you get what you give - I've been a part of a couple during times where I really just wasn't spending time interacting, making posts, doing the assigned tasks, attending all the calls, etc.

Even before having your financial house in order, you need to have your mental house in order to operate and interact from a place of strength.

If we are talking about Agents who aren't dumb and specialize in investments, it's got to be a fraction of a %.I've attended many open houses in my local area and interacted with a lot of agents, in California and OOS.

They do not know the entire story, so the rates and terms offered are just simply teaser rates to make you interact with them.
