I have not really seen much in the way of feature update, so I am not sure what they are focusing on. 

Bank was supposed to have this feature, but after going in circles, it turned out to be not true for a business account.

It’s kind of like Mint.com on steroids with much greater detail and much better features.  

But, they each seem to lack some features the other one has. 

I mainly work on commercials, but have done everything from music videos to tv to small independent features.  

They update constantly with new features that can do more and once you get it set up to your liking everything is automated. 

This is where you compare features (such as garages/pools/beds and baths etc.) of the subject property with the comps, assign a dollar amount to those features, and then adjust the sales price of the comps up or down as appropriate before calculating the subject's ARV based on those adjusted comps.This will hopefully help you nail down a more accurate ARV for your property.Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
