Every year in summer I post a video about the hottest neighborhoods in Milwaukee and what I found is, that small markets that don't sell at least 100 homes during spring do not offer a large enough statistical sample size to get reasonable numbers, outliers impact the result too much.To your point, if I look at Whitefish Bay with it's 14,000 affluent residents, there is not really a B, C or D area.

We also have a screening requirement to do a video interview with any applicant having a FICO score under 620 - the whole point is to have them show us their kitchen, bathroom and one other room.

We have a property that a number of months ago we had a plumber that had to clean out the sewage drain lines and he took a video and pictures and the line was plugged with what looked to be industrial strength shop wipes/paper towels, tampons, rags,  ect…We got contacted by the property manager that the line was stopped up again.
