According to the Interfuse demo videos the layout and controls seemed easier to use then a podio, I was actually excited about it until I read your review, so that was a bummer. 

Just demo, new lighting and drywall.

Also it takes the timing pressure off so we can really make sure we do the rehab right (we can even do some demo ourselves).

After working 9+ hrs some days and weekends its tough to get the energy to keep demoing a basement bath or to work on the house.

The amount of weight being hauled off of your property will be at a minimum, cut in half. the demo of the property will take much less time, costing you much less money.

Don’t forget you will have to demo the walls to access piping or concrete for the drain pipe if in a slab.
