We have a duplex in a "C" area near the University of Memphis that is getting $600 per side but is more than $50,000.  

@Sade Williams, for your own education, any specific performance the "investor" may have would be dependent on the language contract executed.  

Preferably in University Area of Charlotte.

However, this new buyer is threatening to get attorneys involved because he seems to think that this is not a encroachment granted in perpetuity.I think my folks are in the clear on this due to the nature of the language in the agreement but the last thing I want to have happen is get lawyers involved and have them have to pay to move the tank since, technically speaking, they are in the wrong.Don't have any experience/advice in this matter?

It is the nature of the beast - we talk to Realtors using our own language.

I went to the University of Chicago for grad school, which is dead center in the middle of the area where I bought, so particularly familiar with that area.I purchased a 3-unit, instead of a SFH.

I work at the University of Phoenix and get free education but I quit more than half way into my bachelors degree program last year.
