The scorp would provide a 1099-INT to the majority partner for the $440 paid.If the company wanted to take it a step further could the minority partner then get a bonus of $440 for "management" at the end of the year.

An additional garage I would think would be a major bonus to a tenant, especially someone who liked to tinker on cars or maybe had an old classic.Our tenants inquired about renting ours, apparently they were renting a storage unit in town, but we were already set in a plan.

An extra bonus is they will let me refinance as soon as the rehab is done to get my cash back out of properties and go to the next deal.So I would encourage you to find a local/ regional bank that will do the conventional mortgages to start with and then possibly switch you to portfolio loans.

It's amazing how that city has been progressively transforming, and even though it's got its bad parts it just feels like there's tremendous opportunity there.One thing you'll want to check in Tacoma is ground pollution, especially in single family homes that you're planning to use as rentals.
