You will not get the thrill of the chase but you will also not have to deal with toilets tenants and trash and all the burden that comes with that.If your goal is to continue to have some involvement in management, then I would pick a very well-placed expensive Airbnb cabin, and I know of two cities that are perfect for this, and I would set up a management system to run those.
