I thought they found the virus can only live on surfaces for a few days to a week at most. 

All new new drywall and paint in a 4000 sq ft home, flooring, replaced all plumbing and upgraded electrical, new siding and garage doors, 4.5 updated bathrooms, kitchen remodel with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, many windows replaced, we kept as much original trim and doors as possible, upgraded the staircase with fashionable stainless steel cable system.

I don't like the idea of bringing someone in (an agent or a prospective tenant) who could unintentionally contaminate surfaces and expose our existing tenant to a highly contagious disease.

On the surface it looks like it could be a deal but again I don’t see all the numbers.  

So, listing agent will still get leads in this fashion.
