My guess is there will be some i-buyer brokers that set a lower rate of 1% just like redfin did...all in all I noticed smart people see the value in a quality agent like Henry!

But, you can't determine quality by simply what they charge.....as there are plenty of terrible agents who also charge a lot.You'll need to determine what value they bring to you personally and do a cost benefit analysis of whether the cost is worth it to you or not.

@Jon L.Your questions 1 and 4 in the survey are not something a lot of investors would want to provide... breach of privacy etcFor your question in the post here about the most frustrating part, for me plenty of frustration around contractors... finding quality ones, finding ones that haven't taken on too much work to where they bring in inexperienced guys to cover their multiple jobs etc
