If you're truly uncomfortable calling the owner on the phone, you should write them a letter, longhand, and mail it to them with a hand-addressed envelope and  american flag stamp.

I would really like to discuss the new Stamp Duty Tax for Buy to Let.

Which I will figure out later...I've learned that repetition is key with the DM campaign, but I am wondering if I hit a larger market, would that be better to startWith the cost of stamps, I could mail out my first list 3 times,(i'll probably do it monthly) or I could mail out to the larger list 1 time.

The CPA stamp is just a bit more security if I ever have to deal with the IRS.I've been using the same CPA since 1989. 

The postal stamp date is proof of when the rent was actually sent through the post office.
