Should I use a real estate accountant to file my taxes?
I am currently closing on a package of properties bringing my unit count to 10 for 2016. I will definitly have a real estate accountant file my taxes for 2016. That being said I only had 2 units and my w2 job for 2015.
My question is does 2 units and a w2 job warrant hiring a real estate accountant to file taxes? Or should I go to HR block like I usually do?
PS I didnt sell any properties in 2015 either.

pass on accountants - - instead, find a CPA who, by definition, passed an examine and will get it correct on the first pass.
