@Jeff Brower, I was thinking of joining the Great Lakes REIA but the meeting this month is on my 20th anniversary.. which would likely be a bad move- I will look into the timing for the November meet up- Curious where you found the multiunit in CF- Do you use the MLS?

They tried to clean after I asked them but the new glass shower doors were covered in soap scum and crud between the doors.

Well I put 6k down last year for my wife's anniversary present. 2014 Toyota Camry SE loaded.Payment isn't much only the high 200's monthly after down payment.Had old cars paid off for years and years.

When current tenants move in, we leave a basket of cleaning items - paper towels, 409, dish soap, etc.

If you're lucky the tenant will call you first the next time there is a problem and the tenant is not a "pro" who pulls this stunt every month;d) on the one year anniversary of the lease you get a written notice from the Housing office notifying you that there are too many people who need housing vouchers and the only way the City can accommodate all the needy renters is to drop what they are willing to pay you by 5%-7% the coming year.

Otherwise, leave the grease in the pan until the pan is cool and use a paper towel to give it a good wipe and then wash the pan with soap and hot water.
