I like knowing that someone is taking care of the exterior of the unit, so when I go to sell, I won't have to worry about a unit being painted teal and bright pink with boarded windows ( exxageration for effect :) ).

Think how much you know about remodeling so far, whether you have tools, a truck, and how deep you can go (anyone can paint or clean but sheetrock, trims, windows, sewer line... electrical and plumbing often require permit).

I put a link for the video in all of my ads and tell people watch the video for a tour of the home, feel free to go by the home and look around, look in the windows etc.Before I do ANY physical showing, the applicant must pass my first phase screening process.

Everyone i spoke to did not replace wire.just remember; all drywall 12 inches above flood line, cabinets, doors, flooring(tile should be fine), maybe the a/c equipment, window stools, baseboard, insulation, outlets (at least) and it took us 3 months with multiple fans and humidifiers running to get all the wood back to acceptable moisture content.
