They weren't even very slick, just a printed sheet with indifferent graphics explaining their "plan". 

Carpet especially is always going to be an argument - unless you have many clear and graphic before and after pictures or video.But if it were me I would write a separate 'invoice' for each item - with it's price.  

I let my graphic designer choose the font (Cinzal).It all works together to communicate the message I wanted to present to the retail real estate buyer and seller - "Everything is going to be OK. 

Ideally, they showcase a flip - size, scope, timeline, photos, description, etc..Appreciate any links or documents as examples!

Make sure to showcase your screening criteria on your rental application to steer away applicants who would just be wasting your time. 

I have been doing some calculations about exit strategies for multifamily property investments and dont know how to use excel to display a graphic (only numbers will be awesome too), that, when I fill in the spreadsheet with all the data for one of the planned alternatives, to see when the best time to refinance/sell because of the ROE.Can you guys shed some light about this?

I have never subbed out video editing but quite a bit of graphic design, ghost-writing and text editing.
